CRMs are powerful but painful
Sales teams waste hours every week manually logging calls, updating deal stages, and chasing down follow-ups. Traditional CRMs are feature-rich but demand constant manual input, which leads to dirty data and missed opportunities.
Tiki needed an experience where the AI did the heavy lifting—automatically capturing context, drafting next steps, and surfacing the right leads at the right time.

An AI that works alongside you
The platform was redesigned around an agentic core: the AI listens to calls, updates records, drafts follow-up emails, and flags deals at risk—all without the rep lifting a finger.
A clean, distraction-free interface puts the pipeline front and center, with contextual AI suggestions appearing inline so users stay in flow rather than switching between tools.


03 —Challenge
Trust and transparency in AI output
The biggest design challenge was building user trust in AI-generated content. Reps needed to feel in control—able to review, edit, or reject any AI suggestion before it went out.
We solved this with a clear 'human-in-the-loop' pattern: every AI action surfaces as a draft with a one-click approval flow, making the AI feel like a capable assistant rather than an unpredictable automation.

Shipped to 200+ teams in beta
Tiki's beta launch saw 40% faster deal-close times and a 3× reduction in manual CRM updates. The agentic design pattern set a new standard for how AI tools can feel genuinely useful without feeling intrusive.
